Lemon+Blueberry Secondary Ferment Set

Our first in house, co-ferment coffee set!

A 12 ounce bag of classic, natural process Ethiopian coffee from the Goro Badessa Woreda of Hambela Wamen.

AND! a 4 ounce bag of this same coffee, fermented alongside blueberries, lemon, orange blossom honey and utlizing a champagne yeast. Then dried slowly and roasted lightly. The secondary co-fermentation adds big notes of floral blueberries, tart and zesty lemon peel finishing with a sweet and surprisingly full mouthfeel.

These co-ferments take time, and are rather labor intensive, so they are only available in small quantities and are very limited. A fun way to compare the base and fermented coffee and truly see how the process effects the finished cup!
