Fermented anaerobically for 96 hours and the processed with a typical dry process method. A clean cup with notes of raspberry, blackberry, and light hits of sangria and tootsie rolls! Complex, clean and drinkable!
Roasted light/medium and shines as both pour over and espresso! Ready to drink fresh off the roast but does benefit with 3-7 days of rest.
